East Coast AC are proud to announce details of our Junior Cross Country Series, a three race Series aimed at promoting Junior athletics within the Borough of Mid & East Antrim.

All three races will be in local venues and are open to EVERYONE!  Details of the three races can be found below!

In order to qualify for the 'grand final' prize giving (after Race 3), all athletes must complete at least two out of the three races in the Series (best two results will be used where athletes have competed in all three events).

Dates and entry for the 2024 ECAC Junior XC Series are now confirmed:

Race 1: Sunday 4th February - Larne High School

Race 2: Sunday 18th February - Larne Grammar School

Race 3: Sunday 3rd March - Sandy Bay playing fields

ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY - NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY.

Entry will close the day before each race.

Prices are £5 per race, £8 for two races or £10 for all three.

In each of the three races, medals will be awarded to the first three athletes in each race category.

Please note that these events are open to all juniors from all schools and all athletic clubs.

Race Times

Races will start 15 minutes after the Registration Closing Times detailed in the table.

Please ensure all athletes arrive in good time for their races as we have quite a few races to get through each event.
